How We Got Started
Meet AJ Crews
For the past 10 years, AJ Crews has had the privilege of building his career in Dallas, Texas, helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most important transitions.
His professional journey began in residential real estate, where he developed a passion for helping people find more than just a place to live — he wanted to help them find a place they could truly call home. Through years of working closely with families, he learned the importance of listening, building trust, and understanding that every person's needs and circumstances are unique.
But his heart for serving seniors began long before his professional career. AJ was raised by his great-grandparents, who played an incredibly meaningful role in shaping the person he is today. Growing up surrounded by their love, wisdom, and life experiences gave him a deep appreciation and respect for older generations. From an early age, he developed a special place in his heart for seniors and an understanding of just how much they deserve to be loved, respected, and cared for.
As his career evolved, AJ felt a calling to transition into healthcare — specifically hospice care. Working in hospice opened his eyes to the challenges seniors and their families face when navigating changing healthcare needs, difficult decisions, and important life transitions. Through his experience working alongside healthcare professionals, senior living communities, patients, and their families, he began to recognize a significant need in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Families needed someone they could trust to help them navigate the often overwhelming process of finding the right senior living community for their loved ones. AJ saw firsthand how stressful and emotional these decisions could be — especially when families were facing unexpected hospital discharges, declining health, or the realization that their loved one could no longer safely live at home.
That's when he realized that his background in residential real estate, combined with his experience in hospice and the relationships he had built throughout the senior care industry, had uniquely prepared him to bridge that gap. And that's how Caring Connections Senior Placement Services was born.

AJ founded Caring Connections with a simple mission: to make the senior living journey easier, more personal, and less overwhelming for families. Whether someone is exploring independent living, assisted living, memory care, or residential care options, his goal is to provide compassionate guidance, personalized recommendations, and the knowledge families need to make confident, informed decisions. Through Caring Connections, he combines his experience in real estate, his knowledge of senior healthcare, and his lifelong passion for serving older adults into something that is deeply meaningful.

Hi, I'm Madison. For over eight years, I've helped people through important decisions and transitions in real estate. My experience in hospice also gave me the opportunity to work with older adults and their families during some of life's most tender moments. It taught me to listen closely, lead with compassion, and recognize how personal these decisions can be. I'm grateful to bring that care to my work with Caring Connections and help families find a senior living community where their loved one can feel safe, supported, and at home.
